The center was established in 1999 to provide administrative/financial assistance for promising start-up companies in high technology areas. The center operates technical assistance programs in computer, communication, multimedia design, and animation. There are currently 15 resident companies and they receive periodic consulting from business and patent lawyers as well as accountants affiliated with the Center.
