1. Major in Business Administration
The Major in Business Administration, created in 1964, as the Department of Business
Administration has produced many generations of business leaders both in universities and the
world of commerce.Its mission is to train highly selected, professionally-experienced students
for careers in management. With over 1,000 students and 24 professors, the major plays a major
role in business education in Korea.The professors teach a wide and varied range of students
within the major's different programs of accounting, finance, marketing, human resources
management, production management, international business, etc.The major has a highly developed
system of information based on the latest management technologies. Research is an integral part
of our professors' activities and through their consulting activities they remain up to date and
in contact with the latest developments in the business world.

2. Major in International Trade
As the globalization of the world economy increasingly demands professionals in all
international trade and international finance, the Major in International Trade aims at
supplying such professionals.With the ongoing liberalization and opening of the domestic
economy, an understanding of theory and practice as well as an ability to make appropriate
decisions in the changing economic and managerial circumstances is particularly important to be
an international professional the nation needs. The major now offers courses on theory of
international trade, theory of international finance , practices of foreign trade,
international trade policy, theory of tariffs, foreign exchange management, international
marketing, international finance management, marine insurance as well as various foreign
language programs and computer courses.Graduates from the major are working at trade companies
and banking institutions and businesses. They are also working at international economic
organizations and in the government.
